The purpose of the PTO/PTCO shall be to assist in attaining the highest level of education for the entire student body of Smoky Hill High School through the cooperative efforts of the Faculty and Staff, the Cherry Creek District community and the parents. This PTO/PTCO is subordinate organization of and is organized under the authority granted by the Cherry Creek School District Parent Teacher Community Council, Inc., otherwise know as CCSD Parents’ Council. This PTO/PTCO is organized solely for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes as defined in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This organization is not a private foundation.
